About the project

Vilnius Business Park is a modern business park being developed in the northern part of Vilnius next to the main transport arteries – the intersection of Ukmergės Street and the Western Bypass. The strategic location of the business park ensures you can reach quickly not only the centre of Vilnius but also various sites in the direction of Kaunas–Klaipėda and Panevėžys–Riga.

The vision of the business park is to unite successful Lithuanian and international production, trade and other companies which are looking for opportunities to establish in premises suited for their operations and as well as companies requiring a larger space compared to that offered in traditional office buildings.
The project is being developed according to the built to suit model: we design, finance and build premises satisfying your needs based on financial lease or other partnership method acceptable to you in the territory of Vilnius Business Park. This business model enables our clients to have premises adapted and fitted out according to their needs without them investing either their money or time in the construction.
Vilnius Business Park is intended for companies looking for administrative, production and/or logistics premises with an area from 1,000 to 50,000 sq m.

MAKE UP YOUR MIND

If you opt for Vilnius Business Park, we will draft a cooperation agreement and start work as soon as the agreement is signed.

PREPARE TO MOVE

We will take care of all the design works, and furniture and equipment will be all you will have to think of. If you wish, we can also provide both furniture and equipment. After the drafting of the detailed technical project is completed, we will review it together with you and then start construction works.

ESTABLISH

After you establish in the new building, we will also, if needed, offer comprehensive maintenance services, including operation, cleaning, security, territory maintenance and other services.

Apranga Group among future neighbours

APB Apranga Group, a leading apparel retailer in the Baltic States, will be the first to establish in the business park. At the beginning of next year, the company’s headquarters with logistics facilities, public areas created by landscape designers, expressive architectural solutions and an area of 15,400 sq m will be inaugurated.

The author of the project is architect Algirdas Kaušpėdas and his Jungtinės pajėgos team of architects. The facilities are being constructed by the very experienced construction company Mitnija.

The new headquarters of APB Apranga Group featuring a logistics centre will stand out with its unique architecture, high-quality technical solutions, and excellent working conditions for nearly 200 employees.
