The complex is being built in the rapidly developing western part of Vilnius, the Western Bypass and the Vilnius–Klaipėda (A1) highway near Gariūnų Street, with about 50,000 vehicles passing it daily. From here, it is easy to reach the city centre and other areas of the capital, as well as the Kaunas–Warsaw (A5), Vilnius–Minsk (A3) and Panevėžys–Riga (A10) highways.

Currently, an 8,056 sq. m complex is being built, which will be equipped with 28 multi-functional blocks of premises of different areas (190–370 sq. m).
